Operation
- Mechanical lock (1 and 2 doors): the lock is opened and closed manually utilizing a special key for the lock model, which is in the owner's possession.
- Wireless lock (1, 2, and 3 doors): activated by a remote control in the user's possession. The user activates the lock by pressing buttons 1 or 2 (lock closed or open) on the remote control. The electric lock will engage for a period of 3 seconds allowing the consumer to open the cooler door. If the chiller remains with the door open for more than 40 seconds, the receiver module will emit a steady hissing sound. It can also be opened manually employing a key (provided with the equipment) so that the owner can open the door in the event of a power failure. Requires module.
- Wireless digital lock (1 door): activated by user-owned remote control. The user activates the lock by pressing buttons 1 or 2 (lock closed or open) on the remote control. The electric lock will engage for a period of 3 seconds allowing the consumer to open the cooler door. If the cooler remains with the door open for more than 40 seconds, the lock will emit a constant hissing sound. It can also be opened manually employing a key (provided with the unit) so that the owner can open the door in the event of a power outage or power failure. No module is required.
