SMT y PTH
We offer surface mount (SMT), through-hole (PTH), or hybrid electronic assembly services. We have an installed capacity of more than 179,000 components per hour, not counting our manual assembly capacity, which assures you to have your production in a short time and thus reduce your inventories. The high-quality service and flexibility we offer are supported by our qualified personnel and the high degree of automation of our processes.
We have automatic assembly machines SMT: Universal Instruments and Panasonic with the capacity to assemble components smaller than a grain of sand (0.2mm x 0.1 mm) called 0201 metric (01005 imperial). PTH automatic insertion machines: Universal Instruments. Multi-module machine (triple span), radial inserter (triple span and 60 stations), axial inserters with 240 stations, and inspection with AOI and SPI. This high degree of automation allows us to offer very short response times, and reaction times to production changes in a matter of minutes, increase quality, and achieve highly competitive costs, even against Asian competitors.
